Associate - Forensic / Fraud Data Analytics

£30000 - £35000 per annum

A Big 4 Public Practice is currently expanding their Forensic Services team. You'll be working with a global data- focused team using the latest technology in the fraud detection field and developing your coding skills.

The team works directly with major data sets while managing the full cycle of their analysis.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Running reactive and proactive data analysis of both structured and unstructured datasets using BI reporting and visualisation software
  • Liaising with clients including; lawyers, fraud investigators, clients internal and external auditors, and regulatory authorities
  • Working in forensic technology labs and onsite with clients to leverage knowledge from their data to measure fraud risks and losses
  • Being involved with: future prevention, continuous monitoring, detection and investigation of occupational fraud, waste and financial crime.

They are looking for highly motivated individuals with Big Data analysis experience using MySQL, SQL, PERL, SAS, and SPSS, as well as an understanding of at least one scripting language (Python, PHP, VB), and one programming language (Java, C++, C#, Matlab or R).
